1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 75bdbet (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the 75bdbet website at 75bdbet.club, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 75bdbet platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

3 Account Registration & Verification

The following financial limits apply to all 75bdbet accounts:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction via all supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

75bdbet does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party transaction fees imposed by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions are beyond 75bdbet's control and may apply depending on your mobile financial service provider. Players are advised to check their provider's applicable fee schedule.

All deposits must come from a payment account held in the Player's own name. 75bdbet strictly prohibits the use of third-party payment accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not registered to the account holder will be reversed, and the associated account will be subject to review and potential suspension.

5 Bonus & Promotional Terms

75bdbet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions on the 75bdbet platform unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms:

• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotional offer page. Players must complete the full wagering requirement before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds will be approved.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of crediting. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.

• Seasonal promotions: During major Bangladeshi events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), and key cricket tournaments including BPL and the ICC T20 World Cup, 75bdbet may run time-limited seasonal promotional campaigns. These will be communicated via email and on the platform, and are subject to their own specific terms.

75bdbet will never alter the terms of an active bonus after a Player has already opted in and commenced wagering. If a general policy change affects bonus terms, existing active bonuses will be honoured under the terms that were in effect at the time of opt-in.

6 Betting & Casino Rules

The following general rules govern all betting and casino gaming activity on the 75bdbet platform. Specific rules applicable to individual game types — including cricket betting, live casino tables, slots, and crash games — are published within the relevant game or market pages on the platform.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are accepted at 75bdbet's discretion. 75bdbet reserves the right to refuse any bet without explanation, to impose maximum stake limits on any market, and to limit the betting activity of any Player account at any time.
• Odds and prices: Sports betting odds displayed on the 75bdbet platform are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet — subsequent changes to displayed odds do not affect already-confirmed bets.
• Voided bets: A bet may be voided by 75bdbet where: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond a stated settlement window; a palpable error in the published odds is identified; or the integrity of the event is called into question. Voided bets are settled by returning the original stake to the Player's account balance.
• Live betting: In-play (live) betting markets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports are offered subject to availability. 75bdbet provides no guarantee of continuous availability of in-play markets. Brief suspensions of live markets are a normal operational feature during live events and are not grounds for dispute.
• RNG casino games: All random number generator (RNG) casino games available on 75bdbet — including slots from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — use certified random number generation systems. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.
• Live dealer games: Live dealer casino games provided via Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are streamed from licensed studios. The rules of each live dealer game are governed by the rules published within the game stream. In the event of a technical disruption to a live dealer game, the hand or round in progress will be settled according to the game provider's standard dispute resolution procedures.

• Dispute resolution: Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet or casino game round must be raised with 75bdbet customer support within 72 hours of the event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

75bdbet does not offer credit betting. All bets must be funded from a Player's available real-money account balance. Placing bets that exceed the available balance is not possible on the 75bdbet platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Account Suspension

75bdbet maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or violates applicable laws and regulations. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under the age of 18, or knowingly allowing a minor to access a 75bdbet account.
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment credentials; engaging in chargeback fraud; or providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Multiple accounts: Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account on the 75bdbet platform, regardless of the device, IP address, email address, or payment method used.
• Collusion: Coordinating or conspiring with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus terms, or gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Use of automated tools: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, data-scraping software, or any automated means to interact with the 75bdbet platform, to place bets, or to claim bonuses.
• Money laundering: Using the 75bdbet platform to deposit, process, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity, or to attempt to legitimise illicitly obtained funds through gambling transactions.
• Exploiting software errors: Taking deliberate advantage of any technical fault, error, or malfunction in the 75bdbet platform to obtain winnings or credits that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications towards 75bdbet support staff or other users of the platform.

Where a Player's account is suspended or closed as a result of prohibited conduct, 75bdbet reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any funds held within that account, including deposited balances, bonus credits, and pending withdrawal amounts, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 75bdbet's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

75bdbet expressly excludes liability for the following categories of loss, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the 75bdbet platform.
• Loss or corruption of data, including account records, betting history, or transaction data, caused by circumstances outside 75bdbet's direct control.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or performance degradation caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party platform failures, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or content displayed on the 75bdbet platform that contains inaccuracies due to data feed errors from third-party providers.
• Consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials, leading to unauthorised account access.
• Gambling losses incurred as a result of a Player's personal decision to wager, including losses resulting from game outcomes, sports event results, or the inherent unpredictability of gambling.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 75bdbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the 75bdbet platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction. 75bdbet makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is legal in any particular jurisdiction. Players access and use the platform entirely at their own risk and on their own initiative. 75bdbet accepts no responsibility or liability for any consequence arising from a Player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where such use may be restricted or prohibited.
